This is a simple cabbage salad that goes well with your favourite fried or grilled dish at any time of the year. With this recipe in your table, you’ll never going to be out of season.
And for our figure-conscious moms, here’s the great news, it is much lower in calories and fat. Not only that it delights your taste buds, it pleases your eyes as well with the colors that come through after tossing all the ingredients.
Ingredients:
1/2 small green cabbage (4 cups) 1/2 small red cabbage (2 cups)
1 cup green onions, chopped 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped 1/2 jalape–o, seeded and finely chopped
3 tbs mayonnaise
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp AztecSeaSalt
Method:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Chill for at least one hour before serving.
